How long will my car be in the shop?
Most repairs are same day if you're in by mid-morning [set your promise]. Big jobs get a date up front, and a loaner if you need wheels [set yours].
Is the work guaranteed?
Parts and labor are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles [set your warranty]. If something we fixed acts up, it comes back to the front of the line.
Do I need an appointment?
